Till Lindemann was part of a group of 100 German artists who signed an open letter addressed to the German Pirate Party.

This letter expresses harsh criticism towards the party’s demand on reforms to the copyright law:

“We Are the Creators. [...] The new realities of digitization and the internet are no reason to justify ordinary theft of intellectual property”

Richard Kruspe granted this Friday another telephone interview, this time to NO CONTROL Radio station.

Richard mentioned that after the concerts in North American soil are over, Rammstein will go on a short break to take care of personal affairs. The band shall return to active next year, to play at summer festivals through Europe. Richard also mentioned that Rammstein currently have no plans to produce a new album.

Richard Kruspe recently granted a telephone interview to Philadelphia radio station 93.3 WMMR.

Richard mentioned that Rammstein were able to send to North America all their scenic equipment. This means the shows in North American soil should be very similar to the previous shows conducted in Europe.

Richard also spoke about Emigrate, his solo project. The demos for the upcoming album are ready, and will likely be released next year. The aforementioned should be darker and more electronic than its predecessor.

Rammstein loved to work with Marilyn Manson at the Echo Awards, unfortunately marked by the absence of Till Lindemann.

Rammstein decided to invite Marilyn Manson on his American tour, which begins on April 20. Every night, Till will sing the songs of the Made In Germany tour in duet with Marilyn Manson

Rammstein will perform with Marilyn Manson his world hit The Beautiful People live at this year’s Echo Award show.

The Echo Awards 2012 will be broadcasted live at ARD channel on March 22nd, at 8.15 pm (Germany time). All fans can witness the performance at the same time via Live-Stream.

The French fansites Neo-Rammstein and RammsteinWorld claim that Rammstein intend to film the upcoming double-gig at Palais Omnisports de Bercy (Paris, France).

Both sites claim that this is confidential information obtained and published by Rock Hard magazine, but none of the sites provide the magazine’s original statement. There is also no official confirmation about this rumor.

It is well known that the band harbors a special affection for the French public, and that in 2005 there were plans to film a concert in the same arena. However these plans were canceled on the eve of the event. The Nimes gig was filmed instead, thus spawning Volkërball.

According to the Rammstein’s official website, Paul Landers will host an exclusive Meet & Greet in London, in association with Gibson Guitar UK. This Meet & Greet will be held at the British Music Experience in London (within the O2 Arena), on February 24th (next Friday) between 17pm and 18 pm.
